André is the founder and CEO of FullSpektrum, providing an integrated and holistic provision for children with a SEND (special educational needs and disability) designation in schools in England.
He provides a digitally managed and integrated solution to support all parties — local authorities, schools, SENCOs and parents — involved in learning provision to SEND-designated children.
André is passionate about what he does
He has a keen interest in obtaining the best life learning support for children with special needs across the neurological spectrum and is an advocate for inclusive support for neurodiversity and racial equality.
Pupils with SEND and mental health conditions are not getting the support they need from schools, local service partners or the Department for Education (DfE), despite the growing numbers of those currently and potentially diagnosed.

André has himself been diagnosed with dyspraxia and has a personal passion to see improvements in service for SEND pupils, not least of which is ensuring that all SEND pupils are given a fair deal.
